Arihant AI is looking for an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to join our growing team and help develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.

We are seeking a customer-focused individual with strong communication and leadership skills, 1-3 years of experience in the IT domain, and a valid riding license. Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and grow market share
• Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements with potential customers
• Provide feedback to product development and management teams

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in the IT industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
